Back to Prog-Trance NOV 30 MIX

Going back to my roots on Electro-Shock Therapy this week featuring some uplifting tracks and also a few heavy ‘clubby’ ones in there too. It’s 7 tracks in 30 minutes so it may seem a little overwhelming but I guess I just couldn’t help myself and had to try to squeeze it all in there. Teebs: Ardour Record Release Party

Here’s a few photos taken from Los Angeles beat maker Teebs’ art show held at Space 1520 to celebrate the release of his newest album Ardour. The event was supported by DJ sets from Take, Asura, Yuk and others and also featured live screen printing of the Brainfeeder logo. The official album release party will be held at the Crosby tomorrow night.

Lil’ Bit o’ Funk Mix

The latest mix was inspired by the new song “Derezzed” from Tron: Legacy trailer in the previous post. I tried to incorporate songs that have that hard robotic style that Daft Punk is known for as well as that groovy french disco feel that’s all the rage over in Paris. It starts off gently but don’t worry, it builds some momentum by the end. So here it is, the usual: sub-par mixing with songs that rock. Enjoy!
